Her entrepreneurial spirit runs deep—passed down through generations of business owners, from her grandfather’s cattle ranch and her father’s sales firm to her mom’s crafty side hustle. Stacy herself is an accomplished crafter, and when she’s not helping clients make smart financial decisions, you’ll find her deep in a creative project or hanging out with her favorite people: her husband, and teenage son Henry.

With a knack for breaking down complex financial concepts in a way that’s approachable (and sometimes even fun), Stacy is known for her authenticity, transparency, and just the right dose of goofiness. She believes that you can be professional and playful, analytical and adventurous—and she brings all of that to the table.

Her dual expertise in bookkeeping and human resources enables her to build streamlined, compliant systems that support efficient day-to-day operations. She focuses on creating clear, reliable processes that allow small business owners to better understand their financials and make informed decisions.

Angela is deeply committed to helping small businesses operate with confidence. Her goal is to provide the financial clarity and operational support that entrepreneurs need to grow sustainably and run their businesses more effectively.

Residing in Arizona for the past 11 years, Nicole is dedicated to supporting business owners and their employees with precise data entry and timely communication. Her commitment to providing exceptional service ensures that her clients can focus on their core operations while she handles their financial needs.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole is a proud mother of teenagers and values the time spent with her family. She finds joy in balancing her career and personal life, embodying the same dedication to nurturing relationships at home as she does in her work.

Karolina is highly skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely tax payments, and meeting both state and federal compliance requirements, including monthly and annual TPT filings and year-end 1099 preparation. She also oversees the collection and management of subcontractor W-9 forms, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Karolina is a collaborative team player who takes pride in solving problems efficiently and supporting her clients’ success. Her dedication helps businesses stay organized and financially informed every step of the way.

Noel brings nearly a decade of experience in business management and operations, with a strong focus on both small businesses and high-net-worth families. Her career spans multiple disciplines including finance, marketing, event planning, and business transition solutions making her a dynamic and strategic asset to the Lang Accounting Services team.

Over the years, Noel has worked closely within the finance industry, supporting the investment and operational needs of high-net-worth clients while maintaining a sharp focus on client service and organizational growth. Known for her emphasis on efficiency and exceptional client service she has consistently delivered value by streamlining processes, facilitating complex transitions, and cultivating meaningful client relationships.

Currently pursuing a certification as a tax advisor, Noel is expanding her expertise to offer clients deeper insight and support around business tax planning and long-term strategy. Her work is grounded in a commitment to practical solutions and responsive service.
